Yes we do! We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £130 and free shipping worldwide on orders over £250.

Please note international orders may be subject to additional import charges, once they reach their destination country outside of the UK. These charges are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover this cost.

We aim to dispatch all orders (other than solid gold) within 1-2 days.

Please allow 3-5 days for UK delivery, and up to 2 weeks for worldwide deliveries.

 Solid Gold items are made to order (just for you!) so please allow 2-3 weeks for dispatch.

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase from Aaria London. Therefore, we offer free exchanges for products within 14 days of delivery. If you wish to exchange an item for another, please email us at info@aarialondon.com with your name, order number, and the reason for returning the item(s). We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return shipment, making the exchange process hassle-free. Please note that all items should be returned in their original packaging.

However, for return and refund requests, the shipping cost will be covered by the customer. If you need to initiate a return for a refund, please follow the same process by emailing us at info@aarialondon.com with your name, order number, and reason for returning the item(s).

Due to sanitary reasons, we regretfully cannot accept earring exchanges or returns unless they are faulty. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you receive a faulty item by accident, or their are any issues with your jewellery please send us an email info@aarialondon.com and provide us with pictures within 14 days of your order arriving.

 We will then advise you to follow the returns procedure where we can offer you with a refund or exchange.

Our jewellery is made from 925 sterling silver with an extra thick gold plating of either 14k or 18k Gold.

We also offer 9k and 14k Solid gold pieces.

Our stainless steel collection is made from surgical stainless steel with PVD 18k gold plating- these pieces are waterproof and tarnish free.

Our Stainless Steel and Solid Gold pieces are waterproof, sweatproof and tarnish resistant.
